DISCLAIMER
The purchaser, whether it be a person, organization, group, corporation, or other legal entity, herein called "Buyer", agrees to all of the terms and conditions applied to them by Salvia Light
(GreenLight) and the Salvia Light (GreenLightSalviaExtracts) web site, herein called "Seller", by the disclaimer agreement displayed within "this" electronic document.
Throughout this disclaimer agreement there will be reference made to the word "Salvia" and or but not limited to "Extract"; "Salvia" and or "Extract", herein, shall represent and not be limited to Salvia Divinorum (Salvia) and or Salvinorin-A, un-enhanced Salvia Divinorum (Salvia) leaves, Salvinorin-A enhanced Salvia Divinorum (Salvia) leaves, all other Salvia Divinorum (Salvia) and Salvinorin-A containing products, and all other products offered by Seller.
Buyer understands that all Seller Salvia are offered for herbarium specimen, collection, scientific research, and/or ornamental display purposes only and that these products are not intended for human consumption. Buyer understands that Sellers Salvia are not meant to be introduced into the bodily system of Buyer or any other living organism whether it be through injection, oral consumption, inhalation of smoke/hot vapors, sublingual / transdermal absorption and/or rectal placement.
Buyer agrees to not take any of Sellers instructional statements for use of Salvia on the human body literally and that all instructions and statements pertaining to the effects of Salvia on the human body contained on Sellers web site are made for their informational and educational value only. Buyer agrees to not rely upon Seller for the instruction of proper use or selection of any Salvia provided by Seller.
Seller in no way intends for the Buyer to introduce into the bodily system any Salvia being sold on Sellers web site.
Buyer agrees to take full responsibility for any purchases made from Seller. Buyer will take full liability for punitive damages, personal injury damages, lost profit or revenues, loss of use of product or equipment and any loss of property that may result from the purchase or use of Salvia from Seller.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its suppliers, employees, owners and agents for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees, which may result from the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any Salvia provided by Seller.
Buyer understands that Sellers offer of any Salvia is void where prohibited, and that it is Buyers own responsibility to check and abide by local laws and regulations. In addition, with the submitting of this electronic agreement via electronic processes,
Buyer states that Buyer is at least 18 years of age. Buyer will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any Salvia provided by Seller.
Buyer agrees to make no attempt to hold Seller liable for anything that may happen to a consignment while en route, and Buyer understands that since Seller cannot know of all laws for all countries, it is entirely Buyers responsibility to make certain that the Salvia ordered are allowed in Buyers country of residence.
Buyer understands that all sales are final and refunds are never issued. Buyer understands that returns cannot be accepted due to the possibility of contamination of product. With the submitting of your personal information above, you, the Buyer, agrees to all of the terms and conditions stated in this electronic document and you, the Buyer, will be legally bound by the terms and conditions stated in this electronic document.
