Solvent Recovery Kits
for Large Production Tamisium ExtractorsHeating
Jackets
Recovery will recapture approximately
1 gallon of butane every 2-3 hours.
We use custom designed heating jackets for each size tank.
We use a Lab Grade Cold Chamber/Freezer.
We provide the heating jackets and they are included in the price of
the Large Production Models.
Should you need to buy one separately, the cost of these jackets
vary by size for each model extractor. Priced by the square foot.
You can elect to use lab grade vacuum pumps to speed up recovery but
you may not want to set there and observe the recovery process into
the late evening as is required when using vacuum pumps. Remember,
If you start the extraction at 8 am, you will most likely be ready
to recover the solvent by 1-2 pm. Even with a vacuum recovery set
up, it will still take about 4-6 hours to recover 6-8 gallons of
butane. And those pumps are not cheap.
With using our proprietary heating jackets on temperature monitoring
timers, you can set it up to run over night and it will be completed
by the next day when you return to start another extraction. So why
use pumps that you have to monitor when you could be sleeping. Let a
second shift work for you by allowing the extractor to do what is
was designed to do. Both methods deliver an empty extractor in the
morning to be used again.

For the Table Top
Tamisium Extractors
Solvent Recovery Kit (table top units)
A recovery kit consist of high pressure lines, Quick
Disconnects and a Recovery/Condenser Tank designed for your specific
size extractor.
Electronically controlled Actuator Valves can be
added to extractors soon.
This will allow full automation of the extraction and even the
recovery process. The valves will open and close automatically when
required to do so. Working simultaneously with the temperature
sensors timers and heating jacket. You will merely set up the
extractor, turn on the circuitry control box and a green light will
come when the extraction and solvent recovery is complete.
